Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 137: When I am healed I am not healed alone.
Day 138: Heaven is the decision I must make.
Again, let us start our meditation with the following:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
Imagine that you're in a prairie, a wide vast stretch of nothingness. Here you sit upon soft grass and look at the horizon. You see the setting sun, and in an instant you're transported to a state of complete calm. The landscape where you sit becomes illuminated with sun's orange rays, highlighting each blade of grass distinctly. The rays stretch out to meet you, and you sense that through them you are drawn together with all of Life itself, One with All Creation.
When I am healed I am not healed alone.
Heaven is the decision I must make.
We can only continue along our current path of destruction for so long before the murkiness becomes too thick for us to move. Heaven is the decision we all must ultimately make, because in the end, even if we have engulfed ourselves entirely in the shadows, we cannot deny Who We Are forever. We must finally turn around and face the Light - the Truth of our Divine Nature, the Truth that we are Heaven and all that it encompasses. When we come to this miraculous realization, we are healed. And as each of us is part of a Collective Whole, we are all healed, for we are not alone (nor could we ever be).
Let us choose to See the Truth of our being now. Why delay any longer? To know that in this moment we can find ourselves in Heaven, let us make the choice to be there and to recognize that Heaven lives within us. In this recognition we are healed, and we will heal all others by the virtue that We are All One.
Until tomorrow,

Day 148: Review - Lessons 135 & 136
Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 135: If I defend myself I am attacked.
Day 136: Sickness is a defense against the truth.
We begin our meditation with the following:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
When you close your eyes, imagine that you're flying over all the places that you know... Then fly further as you pass over those regions on the earth which you have yet to see, but always wanted to... Fly further still as images stream by which you have only seen in your imagination. As you gain speed, the pictures all around you blend together, a rainbow of blurred watercolor flying fast and quickly past you. The speed with which you travel makes it seem as though you're zooming through a tunnel. Faster still, and the point from where the images seem to flow toward you flashes, flickering wildly. It sparks and grows and starts to fill the full field of your vision, and soon all that you see is Bright White Light in front of you...
If I defend myself I am attacked.
There is no reason to defend, for we cannot be harmed. We are Divine Creations of God. What could possibly damage us so? To defend is not to be aware of Who We Really Are. To defend is to rebound attack, which only aggravates it more. Our purpose here is to diffuse attack, not to promote it. Attack reinforces the illusion that we're separate, when in fact We are All One.
Sickness is a defense against the truth.
Sickness is an illusion which blinds us from the Truth that we cannot be harmed. Sickness is temptation to identify with our bodies. But we are not our bodies. We are Ideas in the Experience of God. We are One with Him. We are the Blessed Souls He has appointed to bring Light unto this world. Our bodies are the instruments through which this can be done, but they are not Who We Are. If our body should fall beyond repair, our soul will lay it down with gladness and move on to something else - another body, perhaps, or a whisper in the breeze which will inspire other souls. But sickness cannot harm us, for it is itself illusive. To invite sickness within us speaks of errors in our minds. Disease means that we're not at ease, and a Child of God who knows Who He Is could never be dis-eased.
Let us move through life today with the awareness of these truths. Remember Who You Are, and there will be no need for defense. Remember Who You Are, and you will know that you're not ill. Remember Who You Are, and you will rest at Peace and Oneness with the One Who made you Strong and Pure and Whole and Everlasting.
Until tomorrow,

Day 147: Review - Lessons 133 & 134
Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 133: I will not value what is valueless.
Day 134: Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.
Let us begin our meditation once again with this:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
With the intent to align ourselves with our Creator, let us close our eyes and breathe in deeply. Sit peacefully in the blankness of your mind, as you place your full focus on the rhythm of your inhale and your exhale. When all superficial thoughts have gone their way and you sit in perfect stillness, begin to listen closely for a sound amid the slow beat of your breath. Use your inner ear and you will hear a distant hum. Let the vibrations of this echo draw you in, and let the sound envelop all your senses. Feel your heart as it dances to the melody it sings. The hum crescendos as you recognize it is a voice. Its harmonious song starts to liven all the cells within your body. Every part of you is tied to it, vibrating with its frequency. As you approach the source of sound, you see a Vision, a swirling spiral of Light. From it emanates the beautiful Voice that called you to it. And you see that all around this Light are others, just like you. Together, you ride the waves of sound that usher forth from this shared space.
I will not value what is valueless.
What point is placing value on something that will not last? But that is what we do when we value what is of this world. Nothing in this world will last forever - not our possessions, not our homes, not our bodies, not even the earth itself. The most that they can offer is a temporary importance, for that which is a part of this world can only be an instrument for our souls. It is through them which we may experience the Truly Valuable, but they are not of value in and of themselves. Love, Joy, Peace - these are where our value should be placed. We achieve these states of being through our relationships with one another. Since We are All One, it is only in relationship that we experience our True Self. In so doing we recognize that Love and Joy and Peace is in Reality What We Are. Only that is worth our value.
Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.
Forgiveness is the way by which we rid the world of false beliefs. Forgiveness is to Love. Forgiveness is to offer Joy and Peace to those who have forgotten Who They Really Are. It is not a power dynamic, where the forgiver is virtuous and the forgiven is a sinner. Sin does not exist. To Truly Forgive is to recognize this fact, and to reflect the light of one's own heart to shine away illusions of the dark. Forgiveness is the means to bridge ourselves to one another, to see ourselves as Whole again and dispel belief in separation.
Returning from our meditative state, let us not forget the value of these lessons for today. They come from the Source of Knowledge, the Voice which beckons us to listen so that we may find our way back to the Light. We do this by remembering Who We Are, and that We are All One. The Love and Joy and Peace that comes from this awareness is all that's worth our value. We cannot experience it fully until we bring all others with us. The way we do this is through our forgiveness of our Brothers and Sisters. Let the bonds of the relationships that form keep us connected to each other for eternity. Let separation reign the earth no more, and we will live in Harmony again.

Day 146: Review - Lessons 131 & 132
Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 131: No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Day 132: I loose the world from all I thought it was.
Spending five quiet minutes in the morning and the evening, we begin our meditation for today:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
Imagine your mind as a vast ocean in which you float. Each breath you take is a great wave that washes over you. Let yourself sink deeper and deeper, as you travel down into the depths of your subconscious. Any extraneous thoughts that come merely skip upon the surface of the water. They cannot follow down to where you go. Amid the darkness of the sea's great depths, you see a light upon the ocean floor. It dances playfully and peacefully as its beams refract and bend along the ripples and the currents in the water. It warms you as it shines upon your skin, and then you start notice that your skin has taken on a certain glow. As you near the source of light down in the deepest of your ocean's waters, your body is no longer there, but where once it was shines now the same Bright Light which you have reached. You look around to see that countless other figures, all who have come here to join with you, shimmer in their shapeless forms and shine with that One Light which now connects you to them all.
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Our thoughts are the seeds of creation. If, in our thinking, we resolve to find the Truth, we can be certain we will reach it. The Truth is not elusive. Nor is it illusive. It stands still and sure, unlike the scattered illusions of our world. To seek the Truth is to seek our freedom from the falsehoods that have kept us bound to misery. To seek the Truth is to seek another way of being, to seek another way of seeing. To seek the Truth is to awake from sleeping, no longer holding on to pointless dreams which hold us hostage from the Love and Joy that is our birthright.
I loose the world from all I thought it was.
As we embark upon our journey for the Truth, this world will begin to lose its grip on us. For this is but a world of infinite illusions. Some illusions are reflective of the Infinite Glory that awaits us, but reflections must not be mistaken for the Truth. We may think the world now a place where opposition reigns, where every joy must have its consequence. But this need not be so. When we commit to Seeing Truth for What It Is, its Light will shine through all the darkness that we once perceived. As this Light begins to break through all that we had thought we knew, the very ground we walk upon may surely feel shaky. Fear not, for God is with you. Where the rug is pulled out from beneath our feet, we fall into a Peaceful place, one where there will be no walls to trap us - neither above nor below, nor anywhere around us.
At the conclusion of our meditation, when we open up our eyes to see our old familiar world once again, look closely at the images surrounding you. What meaning do they hold within your heart? Will it matter when, come years from now, they are no longer there? Or will you have replaced them with still other images? This is a temporary place where our spirits have come to dwell. But they will leave one day and move onto far different lands. While we're here, let us seek the Happiness to which we are entitled. Follow the Light of Truth, and watch as this world fades and from behind its veil emerges someplace Grand, someplace our imaginations can only begin to touch.
Until tomorrow,

Day 145: Review - Lessons 129 & 130
Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 129: Beyond this world there is a world I want.
Day 130: It is impossible to see two worlds.
Let us begin our meditation with the following:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
Think of your mind as a blank canvas standing upright at the end of a long, dark hall. The canvas is all you can see. Move your way slowly toward it as your breath becomes deeper and calmer. Any stray thoughts that come to you flash briefly as they flit across the canvas, then vanish, leaving it blank again. As the canvas begins to fill the space of your entire vision, feel the presence of all the others with you. Each soul has come to look upon this very canvas, which is not only yours, but shared by everyone. Look closely with the others as you wait to see the words which will appear on its blank surface.
Beyond this world there is a world I want.
There is nothing we could want within this world. Everything in it is temporary, and in time will wither and die. All it holds are illusions, which at best are representative of the True Gifts which lie beyond. The Love we share, the Joy we give, the Peace that comforts us - these things are not of this world, but we can experience them in it and sustain their presence here if we maintain the resolve to remember Who We Really Are. We can allow the world beyond to shine through this one by our recognition of what this world is. In Reality, it does not exist. We are only visitors, sent here to usher in the Light so that we may awake from our dream state.
It is impossible to see two worlds.
One cannot be both sleeping and awake at the same time. Such is the case with this world and the one beyond. If we choose to see illusions, then we choose to stay asleep. If we choose to look toward the Light, then our illusions will melt away as we awake with clearer consciousness. This world may seem familiar to us, but only because we have been sleeping for so long. In fact it is a foreign place, for our True Home is in the loving arms of God. The world beyond will offer us the Gift of Timeless Joy. But we must realize that we have been dreaming. We have nothing to fear by letting go of this strange world. What awaits is something Grand indeed, so why delay any longer?
Our shared canvas has revealed the words that will bring us closer to the Truth today. Let us recognize that we need not hesitate to See the Glory of the world beyond right now. It is ours to behold, for it is our Home. We can either dream or walk in Truth. So let's wake up, one by one, as we awake all others who have long been sleeping, too. Only the World of Light will bring us everlasting Joy. Let it shine on through so that we may experience the Magnificent Beauty of All That Is around us.

Day 144: Review - Lessons 127 & 128
Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 127: There is no love but God's.
Day 128: The world I see holds nothing that I want.
Again, we begin our meditation with the following:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
Sit comfortably in silence and close your eyes. Breathe deeply, in... and out. In... and out. Imagine that with each breath you take, the light of your heart swells larger and larger. It soon encompasses your entire body. It continues to expand until the room where you sit is filled with the gentle glow your heart radiates. It becomes larger still, now extending into everyone and everything within the miles surrounding you... Then out to the whole world... Further still, as your heart now holds the entire solar system... then our very galaxy... the galaxies which surround us... and as it continues to swell, it finally fills the universe in all its vastness. Everything there is and ever was, even that which is out of our reach (but never beyond the bounds of our imagination), is now held within your heart. The Light of your Love has now joined with God's, and where you once saw yourself as separate and alone, you now sit from God's vantage point. You think His Thoughts. You feel His Joy. You are now aware, as the Whole of our universe is contained in you, that We are All One.
There is no love but God's.
All True Love is the Love of God. Though our expressions of Love here on earth may vary, the content is always One and the same. Love that is conditional is not Love at all. This kind of "love" - one that barters and breaks, one that steals and cheats - is brittle and dangerous. This kind of "love" is a deception, for it masks the fact that it is actually fear. True Love is all-inclusive. True Love does not discriminate or place demands. Love accepts and Sees the Truth in All there Is. Love recognizes our Oneness, and in so doing shares the Gifts of God with everyone.
The world I see holds nothing that I want.
The world in which we live is a temporary world. It is a world constructed in time, which in Reality does not exist. This is the land of illusion. Some illusions are representations of the Truth beyond - nothing in and of themselves to be sought or cherished, but reminders of the Glory that awaits us. Some illusions are false icons, representing something which does not exist at all. These illusions manifest from the fear-based thoughts we think. There is no place for them in Timelessness, for God could not create what He is not, and God is only Love.
As we open our eyes and return to the physical world we inhabit, let us remember where our Truth resides. Only within our hearts will we find the Unconditional Love of God. Only within our hearts will we See all that we really want, and recognize that it is already ours. Let the Light of your heart reach every dark corner and extend into the far reaches of our universe, and you will hold the Key to Heaven wherever you may go.

Day 143: Review - Lessons 125 & 126
Below are the links to my original posts for the lessons we are reviewing today:
Day 125: In quiet I receive God's Word today.
Day 126: All that I give is given to myself.
Let us begin and end our day spending five minutes in stillness as we meditate upon the following:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
As you align your mind with Mind of your Creator, let frivolous thoughts drift away. Do not give them your attention, but pass through them as you travel into the depths of your mind to a distant point of light. As you come closer, the light begins to take shape. Breathing in and out slowly while you move through the quiet space of your mind, you see that the figure of light has a human form. Approaching nearer, you are able to discern a face, and you realize that the glowing image in front of you is your own. It is a bright reflection of your Higher Self. Come face to face with your mirror image and sink inside your Self. Feel the Light of your Being radiate throughout your spirit. As you do, recognize that within your Enlightened State you hold within you the Power of the Universe. The heartbeat of every person, every plant and every animal; the grandeur of the tallest mountains and the beauty of the blazing sunsets; all rest within you. Here you are in the Mind of God, as you step into your Holy Self.
In quiet I receive God's Word today.
You are an extension of God Himself, and so His Word is within you, always. Listen with your inner ear and you will Hear. Look with your inner eye and you will See. Ask anything of God, and the answer will come. Be open to receiving it in whatever form it takes. If you know not what to ask, pose the following: What would you have me do? Where would you have me go? What would you have me say, and to whom? Sit in quiet stillness and God will answer you.
All that I give is given to myself.
To Truly give is also to receive. There is only One of us Here and Now. We may perceive ourselves as individual entities, but together we comprise the Whole. Thus, when we give, we do receive. When we receive, we also give. In our alignment with God and all Living Beings, we are an open channel. When we receive Joy, Peace and Love, we will naturally give them away; for in this Heightened Awareness we understand that True giving is actually sharing, and in sharing we receive back tenfold all that we give.
In our waking state, let us take with us our experiences from this meditation. If doubt should come throughout the day, simply ask God for His guidance and have faith that it has come. Offer your compassion unconditionally to everyone you meet. By extending God's Love, you ensure its place within you. Know that what you give to others has never left you, but is magnified within your being. Give the best of yourself, and you shall receive the best in turn.
Until tomorrow,
